Annual Support Package: on site and Telephone Support
Our annual support package gives your company the best of all worlds:
- An introductory on site audit by a professional engineer
- Access to our telephone support service
- A bi-annual service visit
- All at fixed, predictable prices, payable annually or monthly
Initial site visit
Our mandatory initial site-visit allows our engineer to “health-check” your existing IT setup. It will highlight any existing problems and recommend any remedial action required before the service contract can commence.
Project work to rectify any outstanding issues can be completed by your in-house resources or by our engineer through the purchase of hours on an ad-hoc basis. Once your equipment and network is stabilised, our “Site Care Cover” will be activated to provide you with ongoing support.
Site Care cover
Site Care Cover entitles you to unlimited access to the Microtechs telephone support service. You will also receive one call-out visit per quarter per annum if your problem cannot be solved over the phone.
Site Care Cover is available under flexible pricing arrangements including an annual agreement or monthly direct debit. Discounts are also available for volume per-seat licensing agreements. Call for pricing details.
Unlimited telephone-only IT Support
For start-up businesses and companies on a budget, Microtechs telephone-only support is the ideal low-cost solution. For a simple, flat quarterly rate (dependent on company size), you’ll have immediate access to our qualified support technicians.
Unlimited telephone support includes:
- A dedicated telephone support number
- Trained, UK-based technicians available 08:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday and 10:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays)
- Support for wireless network configuration, printer and file sharing
